Our senior commercial appraiser holds the MAI designation (conferred by the Appraisal Institute) and is certified in Alabama, Florida, and Tennessee. He has extensive experience appraising almost every type of commercial and residential property, and has been involved in the appraisal of some of the largest developments in North Alabama including commercial properties up to $300,000,000 (Town Centre Shopping Centers).
